The second revision was finalized June 25, 2025, and presented to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) in July. The objectives and pathways were presented at the Regional Listening Sessions for input in July and August, 2025. Many stakeholders requested more detail about Vermont Conservation Design, upon which the report is largely centered.
The first revision was finalized June 12, 2025, and presented to the TAC for review and input. The largest piece of feedback was a need for additional context. Reference to the work that led to this framework (Phase 1 engagement opportunities, existing conservation initiatives, Vermont Conservation Design, etc.), was needed to explain the process and context.
