The primary responsibility was to administer and coordinate work among VHCB, ANR, and the consultants as directed by the legislature. The PMT was supported by Future iQ (www.future-iq.com) as a lead consultant, along with other contractors. The PMT has discontinued meetings since late August, 2025. Future iQ continues to help with communications aspects of the project in conjunction with the VHCB project team.
