The Vermont Housing & Conservation Board (VHCB) offered small mini-contracts to support community organizations and partner groups in hosting Stakeholder-Led Listening Sessions focused on the Draft Vermont Conservation Plan. These sessions are intended to create accessible, locally grounded opportunities for Vermonters to review draft plan content and share input, lived experiences, and priorities.
