Stakeholder-Led Listening Sessions
The Vermont Housing & Conservation Board (VHCB) offered small mini-contracts to support community organizations and partner groups in hosting Stakeholder-Led Listening Sessions focused on the Draft Vermont Conservation Plan. These sessions were intended to create accessible, locally grounded opportunities for Vermonters to review draft plan content and share input, lived experiences, and priorities.
VHCB rewarded grants for these sessions. The stakeholders reported what they heard to VHCB, which will be incorporated into the next iteration of the Draft Framework of the Vermont Conservation Plan, expected in June 2026.
